This company is unbelievable. Their work eticate is something I have not seen in this country in my 76 years. They have fitted our walk in shower in one day. They worked with out any breaks and did not finish till everything was done. Excellent!!!!! And they cleaned and cleared all rubbish. The two Dolphin shower fitters attend at my property to carry our a removal and replacement of my old shower unit. The fitters arrived early as had been agreed around 0800 on Wednesday 28th August 2024. The work was carried out and completed to a high standard, some issues were encountered, eg Water leak under the old shower base was found and repaired. I an very pleased with the new shower, I enjoy the option of wall shower head or over head shower head. We would like you to know how delighted we are with the work done on our new Dolphin Walk In Shower.
 
Your employees arrived at 7 30 am, when offered coffee/tea/food then and during the day they refused saying they planned it all to fit in with their work and this scored them their first couple of points.
 
The area was prepared, the canopy put up on the patio and work began in earnest and it is not reach 8.30 yet!
 
The day continued quietly, we were actually unaware of these great guys being in the bungalow at all.  All continued quietly during the day with maybe a odd spell of drill or hammer but our biggest excitement came when they finished and ready to show us their installation. 
 
We were and are delighted with such attention to detail, confident workmanship and the clean way in which the workmanship was undertaken.  
 
John and I can honestly say we have never had such superb workmanship in any other indoor job we have experienced and are happy to recommend and have done so already and hope someone will be along shortly to ask for your shower.
 
The whole bathroom is looking very good indeed neat, tidy, spacious, smart and very upmarket.   All in all an excellent job, well done by what we consider to be an excellent company.
 
All this by 19.30 in the evening when we waved goodbye.

Dolphin Walk in Showers Ltd is a unique registered UK company and not to be confused with those trading with similar names. . The Directors are listed and accounts are accessible at Companies House. This is an extra layer of customer protection. It is particularly important when several businesses are using similar names.

The Directors and main shareholders of the Company are hands on dealing with their customers and the service of the team is outstanding. All promises were fulfilled and in particular those of the fixed price, as advertised, and that the work to be completed within one day.

There was no need for high pressure sales. It was merely assurances that their very competitive prices did not mean inferior components. In fact a very expensive Mira shower was included.

Sean (Director) who visited us agreed that our architects original washbasin and vanity unit should best be retained rather than trying to sell us a full bathroom replacement package instead of just the shower we were interested in.

Many, many thanks to the installation team who have co-ordinated their new shower area into the original design concept. We are now wondering whether the impressive marble seen in some hotels could be panels similar to those in our new shower!

An 8.00 am start was planned for the installation day and Paul and Steve arrive early and quietly unpacked their van until we invited them in. It was impressive how all components and tool boxes were organised in preparation for the start!

Entrance hall area, staircase and landing were protected with tight grip disposable covering.

Very impressed with safety considerations to avoid scalding (60C 140F) .Double protection offered from both the new Mira shower and our immersion heater thermostat to give safe showering between 35C to 50C. The gas boiler was off but also had its own thermostat and valve system controlling central heating and cylinder temperatures.

I can’t thank the team at Dolphin Walk-In Showers enough for the transformation of my bathroom. I needed the whole room re-done, which only took 3 days, and is luxurious, safe and I have so much more space in which to have a shower.
I needed it done as a bit of an emergency after a fall and was thankful that they were so sensitive to my needs and were able to fit me in so quickly.
Paul and Steve, who fitted the bathroom, were friendly and professional in every way from start to finish.
With a fixed price, that was competitive (I had quotes from other companies that kept changing, which was annoying and disconcerting), there were no last minute surprises or added extras.
